Notes:Will not accept stock Motorcraft spread-bore carburetor or fit
heavy-duty 361 and 391 C.I.D. Ford truck V8 engines. On some models,
there are dowel pins in the front valley gasket surface of the engine
block. Remove any dowel pins before test fitting or installing the
intake manifold. Please see the charts and guides tab for a comparison
of square bore vs spread bore.
Topstreet Performance Performer Intake Manifolds
The Topstreet Performance Performer 84008BK carbureted intake manifold for Ford big block FE engines features a low-rise, dual-plane design. This aluminum intake manifold mates with a 4-barrel square bore carburetor and comes in a natural finish. It is designed with patented runner tuning and a 180-degree firing order. This combination boosts torque over a wide rpm range, from 1500 to 6,500 rpm. These manifolds also deliver improved throttle response over stock intakes and are olny available in non-EGR style.
