FITMENT NOTES: 4 bolt standard Ford pulley bolt pattern. Crank
key modifications may be required on some 429 Boss engines - may need a
stepped key. Key slot width and length may be different. May be used
on 332, 352, 390, 427, 428 "FE" engines when the sleeve between the
damper and the timing gear is shortended by 0.500", a 0.375" thick
spacer is added between the damper and the pulley, and a stepped key is
used.

Using only three parts (a laser-welded sealed housing, an internal inertia ring, and highly viscous silicone fluid between the two), SFI-approved Fluidampr harmonic dampers can control all crankshaft vibration--not just a limited frequency range. As a result, you get reduced wear on the main bearings and timing gear, more stable valvetrain operation, and less chance of crank failure.
